WELDED TITANIUM METAL FRAME FOR PORCELAIN APPLICATION STEP 1 - Male patient requiring implant supported bridges 21.11.12. and 41.31.32.33. STEP 2 - Titanium direct to fixture. Cylinders are placed on fixture. STEP 3 - Titanium jig is placed over cylinders. STEP 4 - Cylinder and jig are joined with GC resin. STEP 5 - Cylinders are shaped and welded to a titanium plate and shaped to form a frame to receive porcelain. STEP 6 - Opaqued frame. STEP 7 - Finished implant bridge using Noritake porcelain. STEP 8 - Finished bridge on index model. STEP 9 - Finished lower bridge with pink porcelain in place. STEP 10 - Upper and lower bridges in place.
